The practice nurse work together with the doctors to provide a wide range of services, such as:

Asthma Care, including School Management Plans
Diabetes Care, including annual check ups
Electrocardiograms (ECG’s)
Health Assessment for over 75 year olds
Chronic Disease Management Plans
Health Checks
Pre-employment medicals
Insurance Medicals
Heavy Vehicle Medicals
Home Blood Pressure Monitoring
Spirometry – Lung Capacity Test, used for diagnosing Asthma and chronic lung disease
Bloods: INR’s/Blood Sugar Levels (BSL)

Wound Care

Dressing changes or removal of stitches can be performed by our treatment nurse. Some large and special dressings may incur a cost to the patient.
